Every department I dealt with were professional, helpful, and had my best interest in mind while there. Kris was the perfect salesman! I cannot sing his praises enough. He came up to me on the lot and we made a game plan for the day. Once I picked a new and used car, he allowed me to go drive both cars. He did not go on the drive with us, which was honestly great lol. Once we came back, he answered any questions we had about the cars. He gave me preliminary cost information on both vehicles. Allowed us to go to lunch and drive one of the cars. I came back with a choice and we did more finance stuff. He made sure to reiterate that nothing is finalized in the transaction until I got the paperwork. It made me feel so comfortable. I dealt with the finance department and they were just as amazing! My sister said if she ever wants a Kia, she would 100% go back here! I can’t sing their praises enough. I love my Sportage and i love my Suntrup Kia experience! More
