Setting up the appointment to schedule service was easily done on the computer. When I arrived, a technician came right out to talk to me. I waited at the dealership for my car to be serviced. Had my brakes done and rotors resurfaced last month. Something was clearly not right so brought it back and they told me that due to me washing my car, there was build up on the rotors and i would need Something was clearly not right so brought it back and they told me that due to me washing my car, there was build up on the rotors and i would need to pay for it. No way washing my car once a week for a month would require and other resurfacing job. They offered to pay for only half. Horrible. More

My experience going to Jim Ellis of Kennesaw. Is always a great experience, that I definitely appreciate. The service advisor are very experienced. The technician definitely knows their cars.
