Edwin Torres made the process of buying my first vehicle stress free and easy. Communication was elite and allowed me all the time I wanted to take it on a thorough test drive and inspection. Edwin was will stress free and easy. Communication was elite and allowed me all the time I wanted to take it on a thorough test drive and inspection. Edwin was willing to come in early on his day off because that was a day that worked for me to see and test the truck. I’m leaving here feeling 100% confident in my decision to choose Bill Currie Ford and my F150 truck. More

Worst I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t even get a call unless I say I want to purchase. No customer service at all. Do not use these guys. You will be sorry. Can’t even get a call unless I say I want to purchase. No customer service at all. Do not use these guys. You will be sorry. More

My experience interacting with Bill Currie Ford tells me that the dealership is run very poorly, both from a professional perspective and ethically. Communication and courtesy are also in rare supply at this dealership. I contacted the pre-owned sales a couple of days ago via phone, and my first impression of speaking with a sales rep was positive. Because I am an out-of-state buyer, the rep that answered the phone had to pass me over to Maurice, who managed to disappoint me almost immediately with his communication style and lack of interest. After wasting several hours with Marice, I reached out to Sean Sullivan, the GM of the dealership, asking for his involvement to move things along. Sean got back to me the same day with a one-liner suggesting that Kris Meyer, GM of Sales, would be in touch with me the next day to assist. Instead of Kris, Maurice reached out to me the next day to basically tell me they do not like out-of-state deals due to chargebacks and complications and that Ms. Currie herself has come up with roadblocks, including $4500 in bogus charges (fees), to discourage the team from selling to out-of-state buyers. I did not appreciate hearing that and communicated back again with Sean and Kris in hopes of them telling me that's not the case and that they welcome my business, especially as I told everyone from the beginning that I would be paying cash and taking on the burden of registering the car and paying the taxes here in my state when the car arrives on a transport, which eliminates the fear of dealing with chargebacks. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from Kris or Sean, and the fact that I did not even get a basic reply or a simple statement such as "We appreciate your business but feel we cannot meet your expectations" tells me how unprofessionally this dealership is both run and managed. Lastly, and importantly for both local and out-of-state buyers, I found Bill Currie Ford's add-on fees completely unacceptable. That is a measure of how ethically and professionally a business is run. Simply speaking, I believe Bill Currie Ford is taking advantage of every customer regardless of where they are based. The fees Maurice quoted me were: $1999 reconditioning fee; $999 out-of-state fee, $1199 dealer fee, and a $298 electronic documentation fee. Except for the latter, every other charge is bogus. The ethical thing to do is to advertise the car for more (be realistic) and add on the reconditioning and dealer fee, for instance, to the asking price, even if that makes them not competitive. Instead, Bill Currie Ford prefers to advertise low prices, hook buyers up, and then jack up the final price by adding all these fees. Very shady practice ... More
