My experience was good and the employees were good. I do have a couple of issues to mention that would have made my experience much better. I was initially “low balled” on my trade. The protection package was not adequately explained. The sheet placed in front of me did not have pricing on it. It was only after I was well into the purchase did I see it was an add on to the price of the vehicle. More
