I’m a single mom with two kids and I had no babysitter the whole staff and especially Charles made me and my kids feel welcomed they kept my kids busy and entertained so that I could finish my transition the whole staff and especially Charles made me and my kids feel welcomed they kept my kids busy and entertained so that I could finish my transition and purchase my new Kia Soul one thing A parent never forgets is how how their kids felt!! The entire experience was a pleasure and low stress, from the initial email responses to my inquiries (Kris Coulter), to the sales consultant (Mike Seale) helping me find the right car for my needs and budget, to quickly finalizing the deal with the business manager (Matt Rogalski). My Sorento was ready to drive home the same day I decided to purchase and was super clean, looking almost new. And everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and straight forward (no BS). I highly recommend this dealership. More
