Willingness to help Coming into the dealership we were leery of being able to reach an agreement that we would be able to work with. Our situation was we were nearing the end of our lease on one vehicle, and we had a 12 year truck that was uneconomical to drive. Presenting our situation to Greg Zolnai, he listened to our needs and was eager to help with our situation. He was flexible with his time and was willing to come in on his day off and work with us and we were able to work out and a reach a deal on two vehicles satisfying our need for the lease end and the economy we were searching for. Our overall experience with those we came in contact with and the impression of the dealership was impressive. Steve was very personable and made the painful chore of filling out and signing the paperwork an enjoyable experience. More

Second visit to Halleen Kia. Bought car there several years ago and was ready to trade in for new. Dealership took over 3.5 hours to complete the transaction!! Already had price and model from internet d years ago and was ready to trade in for new. Dealership took over 3.5 hours to complete the transaction!! Already had price and model from internet department but was handed-off to another salesperson. Simple transaction, already had car picked out and just traded in older Kia. Never felt my business was valued as a past customer. Was NEVER offered anything to drink or why the transaction was taking soooo long. This was the 3rd car I have purchased within the last 2 years at 3 different highly-rated dealers and I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with overall lack of respect for customer loyalty and the customers time. More

Halleen was recommended by two people i know, boy were they right. From the first contact with kris I knew this is the dealership I wanted to go with. She was respectful and kind. She understood that working two jobs kept me very busy. When I got to the dealership I met Charles. Again, another respectful individual. My daughter in law and I had an instant good feeling for him. He listened to what I would like and what I needed. Never once did I feel the "need to sell" attitude. When I left that night I felt if I was meant to have a new car it would happen. I even began looking at some of the other styles of car they sell. But then Carl called (once again a respectful young man). And I was able to get a sportage and I love it! Some days I can't believe it's mine. The staff at halleen Kia are remarkable! Would I recommend them...you bet! More

After completing the app. they said you would hear from someone shortly. I chuckled thinking what's the definition of soon. It was later in the afternoon so I really didn't expect anyone to call me back until tomorrow. To my surprise, Kris Coulter called me back in about 15 minutes. She was friendly and informative. Our Sales Consultant, Arnaldo Rivera, was the topping on the cake. He put us at ease immediately. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle choices and helped us to find what fit our lifestyle and needs. He gave us his time and never made us feel rushed. He answered our questions without making us feel stupid. His exceptional customer service sold us on giving our business to Halleen Kia. There was no hard sales or pressure. We felt in control through the entire process. They even stayed late so we could drive home that day with our new Kia Soul! I would recommend this dealer and Arnaldo to everyone. More

No hassles, I knew what I wanted and i brought in a Cosco validation sheet, I was given the price and there was no problem at all. I was taken on test drive, shown all the features.
