Purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from Hall last year. Recently brought it into another Hall dealership in VB for some routine maintenance and found out it needed some major repairs to the aftermarket sus Recently brought it into another Hall dealership in VB for some routine maintenance and found out it needed some major repairs to the aftermarket suspension. After finding out that the repairs were not covered in the aftermarket warranty as I believed they were I reached out to Hall EC to discuss my frustrations. My call was answered by their GM Kris Bradshaw. He informed me that aftermarket lifts and suspensions were not covered, but he would look further into the situation for me since I firmly believed everything was covered. Within in a short time Kris called me back to let me know he had reached out to his regional manager and after looking into the matter assured me all repairs would be covered. I can't say enough about how through all of this I really felt like someone cared. Thank you, Hall Toyota and Kris Bradshaw. You've made a customer for life! More

I have been coming to this Toyota dealership for five years now. At first when it was not Hall but another named dealerships I first met Josh. I had some difficulty with another service writer and Josh w years now. At first when it was not Hall but another named dealerships I first met Josh. I had some difficulty with another service writer and Josh was brought in to clean up the mess. I must say Josh was a true blessing. He was able to fix what the first writer did and put my mind at ease that my vehicle was in great hands. He was my writer for many years until his recent promotion to Service Manager but he still checks on me when I am in and ensures I am taken care of by his team. Danielle one of the newer writers is a fantastic and amazing addition. I went in and she knew exactly how I liked things and took care of me and my service needs 100%. 10/10 I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here and I highly recommend purchasing a car from here. Kris the GM is spectacular! Parts department was on top of making sure the back end of the house had exactly what was needed for my maintenance and recall. Ricky the new parts manager was very attentive as well as insuring my vehicle had the parts needed and was safe. Chrystal was simply awesome to chat with and make a long wait go by faster. The new hire Susan was fun to chat with and she also made the wait shorter. Overall shout out to Josh and his service team, Ricky and his parts team, to the guys in the back too Kris and the entire Toyota team thank you for making this a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work. Returning customer for sure. More

Disappointed! I purchased a vehicle from Sherry and had it delivered to my house on July 30 of this year. Upon delivery I did not receive any paperwork whatsoever I purchased a vehicle from Sherry and had it delivered to my house on July 30 of this year. Upon delivery I did not receive any paperwork whatsoever except one piece of paper showing that the truck had actually been delivered. The gentleman who delivered it said copies of paperwork would be forwarded to me. After two weeks I still had not received any paperwork and was not able to pay my property taxes until August 29. At that time copies were sent to Sheri Ward. She had the paperwork processed and it was sent to your third-party contractor. I called two weeks ago and spoke with Caitlyn Gonzalez. She said she would contact the third-party contractor find out where they’re at in the process and called me back, she did not. I called her back today and she gave me the same response that she would contact the third-party contractor and call me back. I told her that’s exactly what she told me two weeks ago and that she never bothered to call me back. This morning I was pulled over an issue the citation because my temporary tag has exceeded the 45 days. Before that I have gone to the South Carolina DMV five times just to find out that my truck has still not been registered with Greenville County in South Carolina. This is the first and absolutely the last time I will ever purchase a vehicle either out of state or online. Well I’m sure you and your staff believe you have done everything in your power to have this vehicle registered, I believe it could’ve been done quicker. It also bothers me that Miss Gonzalez had a very laissez-faire attitude toward my $150 ticket this morning. I guess she assumes if I can afford a $70,000 truck I can afford $150 ticket. While Sheri Ward did a great job for me and you (making sure you got your units sold and probably your monthly or quarter bonus from Toyota), the rest of your staff has failed miserably. I would never recommend your company to anyone. More
