I called the service advisor on 8/28 and got his voicemail, I asked for more information about the quoted front-end brake pad replacement and haven't heard back. Today is 8/30, so 3 days, no respons voicemail, I asked for more information about the quoted front-end brake pad replacement and haven't heard back. Today is 8/30, so 3 days, no response. I had a 9am appointment and it took more than a hour to do a simple oil change. "Jiffy" lube you folks are not. More

I have not always loved the dealerships I've bought cars from but I really like the (former) Kuni BMW team especially Kory Ufkin who is the main reason I go back for service. I have not been to the new sho from but I really like the (former) Kuni BMW team especially Kory Ufkin who is the main reason I go back for service. I have not been to the new shop yet but I will be taking my X3 in for service in August and look forward to see the friendly faces of the service folk. More

i was ecstatic that the shop took the extra time to really dig into my issue instead of going with the easy fix. my estimate dropped from over $800 to $75!! because they really dug in and found the iss really dig into my issue instead of going with the easy fix. my estimate dropped from over $800 to $75!! because they really dug in and found the issue was something super easy to fix without replacing a very expensive part. (so i used the savings to also get my front brakes replaced). More

Had a problem with battery range on our hybrid. Kori made sure the shop did a thorough evaluation and came back with a result and suggestions for improving range on battery alone. Worst service manager ( Jeff ) ever he was racist and unprofessional didn’t even understand what customer service is. And after the bad service he offered to pay for my service to shut my mouth down and unprofessional didn’t even understand what customer service is.
