Kory Lambert & The Service Team at Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield took good care of my recently purchased 23' Ram ProMaster Van when I stopped by for my first oil change Due to the high roof (9 feet of Greenfield took good care of my recently purchased 23' Ram ProMaster Van when I stopped by for my first oil change Due to the high roof (9 feet) & heavy weight of the utility van, Kory double checked the height clearance of the garage openings & also checked the GVWR of the van to ensure that there hoists would be able to lift the van. The oil change & tire rotation were done in about an hour and a half which is very acceptable in a high volume repair facility. Purchased a 2024 Nissan Titan and found out after purchasing that the front camera is blurred. Brought it in for inspection and found out the lens is cracked. They said they’re not paying for replac purchasing that the front camera is blurred. Brought it in for inspection and found out the lens is cracked. They said they’re not paying for replacement or repair but will give me the dealer rate. The car has no damage to it to indicate it’s something that I’ve done. For $61k and a potential repeat customer, I feel like they should have covered it since it was clearly missed in the “inspection” process. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. You can buy a vehicle anywhere, it’s the service that makes the difference and this a failure. More

Brought my vehicle into the dealership regarding a Service light. I was meant by Kory Lambert. Kory approach me immediately. Kory was very pleasant and professional. While waiting in the waiting room or let me know that my vehicle needed a MAF Sensor, cooling system & Platinum fuel service. I gave Kory the okay to complete the work. Kory let me know it was going to take a while to complete the work and offer me a ride home and have me pick up when the work was completed. Kory made the process for me very smooth, and I was able to get my vehicle before the close of business. Kory did a great job in Explaining the detail work that was done to my vehicle. Kory was very attentive and Pleasant I really appreciate the way he handles his business in a very professional way. Thanks! More
