Yikes! ! This dealership is unprofessional at best and a total nightmare to do business with 😱👎. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them in March 20 ! This dealership is unprofessional at best and a total nightmare to do business with 😱👎. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them in March 2024, and they totally messed up delivery 🤦♀️. I'm so angry. They caused damage to my vehicle during a storm and didn't even tell me! 😡 The delivery drivers damaged their own vehicle too, and they only offered to zip tie mine back together?! 🤯 I paid them over $17k! I called Subaru of America for help, and their customer advocacy department is awesome! They covered the $400 repair at a different Subaru dealer. 🎉 Thank you, SOA! 🙏 Camelback Subaru didn't even apologize for their mess! 😡 Never doing business with them again! 🙅♀️ I would love to hear from the Camelback Subaru owner or general manager! More

Staff was excellent!! Not pushy like other dealerships that I have experienced. Jacob and Adam went above and beyond on helping me with my 2021 WRX STI purchase. All around great experience!! Poor customer experience! Emailed, texted and called upfront and made an appointment for test drive. When we arrived they were ill prepared for our appointment. Took over 30 minutes before test drive a upfront and made an appointment for test drive. When we arrived they were ill prepared for our appointment. Took over 30 minutes before test drive and the 1st car looked like it had just come off a junk yard lot! Clearly had been in an accident. When we did find an acceptable car, they tried to justify charging 3k over fair market price. When we explained we would not pay the exorbitant price, the sales Manager Kory outright lied stating it wouldn't meet a bank loan minimum (we had trade in that offset cost of car)... not first time caught him in a lie. Additionally, the "optional" charges of almost $3k that were not optional at all as they had already been added to the car. Shameful practices. We were ready to buy but due to the sales mgrs arrogance and overpricing we went across the road to another dealership and ended up buying a brand new car. More

We just can't put into words how nice it was doing business at Camelback Subaru. If we could mark a hundred stars we would. It was a totally a GREAT experience doing business there. Configured deal online for a specific car. Shared numerous text, emails and even a phone call with the sales manager and salesman. Made it very clear I was only interested in that particular car.
