Kolt who works with the Enterprise fleet vehicles is great to work with. I am glad I get to work with him when I come in. The other people on the service desks do not have the best customer service. When Kolt is not there I have waited 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I have even witnessed them arguing with each other. I keep going there because it is the closest one to where I live and have been going there several years. It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone. I tried calling 8 different times in one day to get someone to answer toget an appointment. More

I had Kolten help check me in and he was incredibly kind and helpful. The lady that checked me out when everything was done and I was picking up my vehicle, I wish I had her name but I didn’t catch it, she and helpful.
