I recently purchased a 2025 GLC300 with the AMG package as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. While I found the sales and financing teams to be excellent, my experience with Jonny Pham during our tuto as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. While I found the sales and financing teams to be excellent, my experience with Jonny Pham during our tutorial was horrible. We traveled for 1.5 hours for a scheduled 2-hour tutorial, arriving early, only to discover that Jonny was 10 minutes late and had a hard stop at 3:30 PM. This reduced our tutorial time to only 50 minutes. when he greeted us he did not make an apology for being late, rather he informed us that he had a hard stop at 3:30 and we can later schedule a return visit to finish the tutorial. During the session, Jonny exhibited condescending behavior towards my wife, making her feel uncomfortable and reluctant to ask questions. He remarked, "If you are not going to follow instructions, you can just read the owner’s manual," and critiqued her ability to operate the hands-free tailgate, stating, "I was hoping you would at least be able to do this right." Both my wife and I were taken aback by his demeanor. The following day, I addressed these concerns with the sales manager and the general manager. They expressed their apologies and indicated that they would take appropriate action with Jonny, while also seeking to maintain my anonymity. Nevertheless, I insisted on him being informed that the complaint originated from me. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up or resolution regarding the matter. I believe that the feedback system is flawed; rather than pressuring customers for five-star ratings, customers should be encouraged to respond to surveys freely. Based on this experience, I will refrain from making any future purchases from this dealership. This has been, without question, the most unpleasurable experience I have encountered and could not recommend anyone to shop here. More

Just recently purchased my second Mercedes. This was my first experience with Herb Chambers Sudbury and I couldn't be happier. A great experience from the moment you walk in the front door. What stood out for me was the respect I received as an older woman purchasing a luxury vehicle on her own. Kolls Oloko in the Finance Dept directed all finance questions to me, not my husband, which meant a lot to me. He accepted a personal check with no hesitation. He made the purchase process seamless. From the lovely woman at the Front Desk to the Manager, I am treated with respect as a Mercedes owner and not invisible as an older woman. A beautiful showroom! More

We had a recent car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. Chris Leigh was our Salesman, Niko Qirjazo was the Sales Manager and Josue Bulux was the Finance Associate. This was our second car buying Sudbury. Chris Leigh was our Salesman, Niko Qirjazo was the Sales Manager and Josue Bulux was the Finance Associate. This was our second car buying experience at the dealership. It was an excellent experience. Chris was engaging, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We didn't feel any pressure but he made us excited about the vehicle and happy to do business with the dealership. Niko couldn't do enough to assist us and Josue was also very accommodating. From the time we entered this beautiful facility, everyone from the Receptionist (Sharon) to the Sales Associate to the Sales Manager and the Finance Associate made us feel glad to be there. The service was impeccable. We felt like we were the most important sale they had that day. It is remarkable when you can get that feeling from everyone that you deal with. We returned at a later date and met with Jonny Pham for a tutorial on the many features of our new car. He spent several hours with us and we never felt rushed. He was thorough and amazingly skilled. The experience with Jonny Pham was unlike any other tutorial we had ever had. He went above and beyond. Thank you Mercedes of Sudbury. More

As soon as we entered the showroom we were met with a friendly and warm welcome from the Manager Niko. After describing to Vito what we were looking for. He brought out the perfect vehicle. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. There was zero buying pressure from the sales team. The entire process was seamless. Kolls from finance was extremely pleasant, polite, and cordial. Just a little background. It was our 35th wedding anniversary. The vehicle was present for my wife. We live in Rhode Island and could’ve purchased a vehicle closer to where we lived. ( we had several options of MB dealership along the way) However when we went to MB Sudbury we felt a sense of excellence, enough that we felt it was worth the 1.5 hour drive (twice.) We are extremely pleased with the service we received and the gorgeous GLC300 that we bought.
