Good morning, Chip Thomas first off. I’d like to pass on a special thanks to Linda. I know that she supports Elvis and taking care of me and what my various Porschs over the years have n I’d like to pass on a special thanks to Linda. I know that she supports Elvis and taking care of me and what my various Porschs over the years have needed and I am so satisfied and so happy with this particular dealership, I don’t know how I could express it better than that. Let me talk specifically about the tires. I lost the tire and I had AAA put the spare on I called Elvis and he arranged to get the tires and he told me straight up that it would take a few days for you to get them delivered, but he’d get me in as soon as he could. Well he called me back. The next day the tires came in and he scheduled me to come in and have them replaced today one more day it was absolutely fantastic. I thought I was gonna be on the donut over the weekend. Elvis came out to tell me that the tires were on and it was going to alignment and as he was walking over I was thinking about asking him how the rest of the car looked most particularly the brakes. I didn’t get a chance. He told me the about the tires. He told me the alignment was in process and then he said my rear brakes are in fine shape but my front brakes are coming very close to being needed. Just supports what I believe that was going on and then he went on to tell me that he and the Teck had checked the control arms and my drive gear and everything and gave me a good report on how things were doing. I don’t know How to express how important it is to me that Elvis is ahead of the curve on letting me know how my car is doing and what it does or doesn’t need and what it’s going to need in the future and keeping me posted on how things are. I know that I have left him messages and he’s called me back with a quick turnaround every single time Your service department could not have a better representative than Elvis So again, thank you so very much for the care you take of me in my car and most particularly for Elvis! More

Brought my car in for an inspection and as always, everyone at Porsche Silver Spring was incredible. Elvis Nguyen and his team (Kofi, Brian, and service manager Linda Harouna) addressed all my issues, everyone at Porsche Silver Spring was incredible. Elvis Nguyen and his team (Kofi, Brian, and service manager Linda Harouna) addressed all my issues, answered all my questions, and made sure that before I left the dealership my car was in perfect condition (including handwashing my car) before I drove off. All our cars have been serviced here and I do not trust anyone else with our vehicles. Great service, great people, and good snacks too! More

Brian, Kofi, Elvis and Linda's team of service advisors are simply the best in the business. I recently had my Porsche Cayenne in for a quick fluid service and everything was as expected. The transaction w are simply the best in the business. I recently had my Porsche Cayenne in for a quick fluid service and everything was as expected. The transaction was transparent and Brian was upfront about what services were actually needed which was refreshing compared to my experience with other Porsche service centers across the DC/VA/MD region. Being treated fairly is a hard thing to come by these days as dealers are also a business too. What makes Silver Spring the de-facto dealer in the area is how they balance the needs of the customers. This is why they are literally the #1 dealer in the country (not surprising for those of us who have bought and serviced cars elsewhere prior to making Silver Spring our home). The management team runs a tight ship/shop there. 2 Cayennes, 1 Boxster, 2 (soon to be 3) 911's later, no other dealer will ever touch my cars again. More
