I started as a Licensed Insurance agent at a Subaru Dealership before realizing that I was naturally drawn to the brand, and everything that Subaru stands for. I am very passionate about outdoor activities like camping, and I proudly carry the title of an Eagle Scout. I quickly became the top salesperson at the dealership I had started at within my first year. I am originally from Tipp City, OH and moved to Atlanta over 4 years ago to re-join my Mother and Sister who moved from Hilton Head, SC to take on a new adventure. I have been very active with music in my life as well. I played drums for over 9 years, I played guitar for over 2 years now, I have sang for over 15 years, and used to tour with a small singing group.

Always Satisfied I bought my first Subaru new, from Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and always returned to have that vehicle serviced here - having always had a positive an I bought my first Subaru new, from Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and always returned to have that vehicle serviced here - having always had a positive and helpful experience! Well, that Subaru was totaled by a drunk driver so I came back 8 years later to buy another Subaru. Kody was easy to work with and very helpful as we got all the details worked out for me to purchase a new-to-me Subaru. My family and I happened to run into Herb while we were there, who was very pleasant and friendly as we wondered around a bit. I don't recall the gentleman's name, but I even had a pleasant experience with the finance person and while signing paperwork! The whole experience was easy and pleasant. I look forward to having a similar experience when it is time to buy my wife's Subaru in a few years. More

Long History of Great Service I purchased an Impreza from Subaru of Gwinnett back in 2004, and have had it serviced regularly here - and just just traded it in for a new Crosstrek. I purchased an Impreza from Subaru of Gwinnett back in 2004, and have had it serviced regularly here - and just just traded it in for a new Crosstrek. Subaru of Gwinnett has been consistently wonderful to deal with over the last 16 years (and I'm planning to continue using them with the new car.) I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone car shopping or looking to service their Subaru. I've done multiple test drives over the last couple of years, and was never pressured, in any way, to hurry up, make a decision, or put money down. New car shopping is hard, but the sales team here was always very respectful and easy to work with. Recently, I worked with Kody, who patiently stayed late and let me test several different cars when I was having last-second nerves about my purchase. He and Lance also made the purchase super easy by helping me through all the paperwork Friday night, so that I could bring in my trade and swap cars Saturday, with no real downtime. There was also no stress or pressure while signing all the final paperwork, Lance quickly walked me through everything, got my signature where needed, and wrapped things up quickly. It was a really great experience, very easy and stress-free. The service on my previous car has always been fantastic as well. The "service advisers" that I've seen in the past have been genuinely helpful with explaining any issues, and advising what things are critical to fix right away, and what can wait (and what things to watch for, to know if a problem is getting worse - thank you so much for this!) Happy to recommend Subaru of Gwinnett, and glad that they're here! More

The individuals I have worked with throughout the process need to work on their communication skills as there was very little to almost none when needed and I didn’t fee like a valued customer at all. The only person I had a pleasant experience with was Mr. Charles Williams at Finance dept as he was able to handle some major issues I had in such a quick and professional manner.
