Don’t waste your time going in. The salesmen do t truly want to help you or sell you a car. They only want to up charge for their market adjustment to make money. They show you oencil sheets for cars that aren’t even available or have deposits on them. Rude and condescending during the transactions as well. I walked away with my payoff check when my lease was up and went across the street to Toyota where they paid me enough to pay off my Kia and left me with a healthy down on my Toyota. More

Very unhappy with the service that I got from the service department. First I was told that I would have to pay for the repairs. I was told it was not covered under warranty when it actually was. 3 days afte department. First I was told that I would have to pay for the repairs. I was told it was not covered under warranty when it actually was. 3 days after I picked up my car I broke down 52 miles from my house. I called Kia and asked what they were going to do about it and I was told the towing was my responsibility and if they deemed it was their fault they would reimburse me. So the reason I broke down was because their mechanic didn't put the plug for the oil pan back in the right way. When I picked up my car from that whole experience not one service provider said how sorry they were that I broke down because of their mechanics mistake. Not one person said that I'm sorry you were broke down for 45 min until a tow truck could come get me. Not one person said I'm sorry that you had to pay 325 to have it towed back to Kia of Lansing . Not one person said I'm sorry that you had to cancel all your appointments for that day. Not one person said I'm sorry that our mechanic screwed up. Before this experience I was recommending Kia to all of my friends and family. After this experience I doubt that I will ever buy another Kia. More

The service was outright ridiculous. Telling me get drive it till it gets worse,after be stolen two time's them haven more of year then I did. And costing me total of 4200.
