I am very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. i bought a new car and owned it for only a week before it started to have issues. I brought my car in expecting it to only take a day to dealership. i bought a new car and owned it for only a week before it started to have issues. I brought my car in expecting it to only take a day to look at it and each day they kept on pushing it back. Then I got a message that they would have my car way longer than expected because there is an issue that they have never experienced before. I went a couple days not getting any updates and continuously reached out and everytime they would say “no update” they ended up having my car longer then I even owned it. They had my car in the shop for about 2 weeks before they told me to come get it because they couldn’t figure out the issue and it would take about a month before they know what’s wrong with it. I am still waiting for my car to be fixed but this is unacceptable for a brand new car to be having issues a week into owning it. I am very disappointed. More
