I just bought a brand new 2024 Palisade as a surprise early Christmas present for my wife and all i have to say is ... "Wow!" Kimberly Varner was my salesperson, who was absolutely fantastic; if onl early Christmas present for my wife and all i have to say is ... "Wow!" Kimberly Varner was my salesperson, who was absolutely fantastic; if only all salespeople could be like her. She was very knowledge on all aspects of the SUV, from mechanical details to all the new technology, and confidently answered every single one of my questions. Not once did she say she didn't know the answer to something, which I can't say the same about their local South Korean sibling dealership, but that's all I'll say about that. It's obvious she is passionate about the vehicles on her lot and her customers. Kimberly told me to have my wife stop in and she would take an hour out of time to walk my wife through all the bells and whistles of her new car. Now that's customer service. Kimberly, thank you for the excellent, no pressure car buying experience. You were a pleasure to deal with. I wish you nothing but the best. More

First Brand new car! When my car was totaled I was given a 2018 Hyundai Elantra as my rental car and I just loved it so much that I decided to go to Taylor Hyundai to purc When my car was totaled I was given a 2018 Hyundai Elantra as my rental car and I just loved it so much that I decided to go to Taylor Hyundai to purchase my new car. Next time ask 2 1/2 hours after my appointment we were finally done ... for a routine service. The wait was for a wash.
