Kimberly was great and very wonderful to us! My last car buying experience took half the day. I was nervous about purchasing a car for the first time, since I did not know what to expect and was worried I would be pressured into making a decision. However, the entire process was so smooth and easy; since I did not know what to expect and was worried I would be pressured into making a decision. However, the entire process was so smooth and easy; I felt like I was talking to friends the whole step of the way. Kimberly was absolutely FABULOUS and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions and was easy to talk to. AJ was super helpful with answering all of my questions about financing, when I was unfamiliar with most of it. I truly feel so lucky to have purchased my Forester from such kind people and I am so incredibly excited for the memories to come with my new car! :) I would highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville to everyone!
