Service was 4 stars. Good, but nothing special. Dealer/Service environment is 2 stars. The waiting area is not nearly as nice as the nearby Lexus dealer’s waiting area. Good, but nothing special. I was impressed not only by the Recall fix, but mostly by Kimber Heath the Assistant Service Manager at Gettel Acura. She is excellent at her job AND at Customer support.
