I recently visited a dealership for a scheduled
appointment, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I arrived on time for my appointment, expecting a smooth process. However,

The staff did not provide me with any details beforehand, leaving me unsure of what to expect during the visit. After waiting for a few moments, the representative informed me that I would need to take specific actions with my car before it could be assessed by the mechanic. There was no communication leading up to this moment, which caused unnecessary confusion.
The entire visit ended up taking five hours, made me late for my doctor appointment, and I felt that the time spent could have been better managed. The lack of clarity and the failure to informed me about what steps were required before the car was even checked created a frustrating experience.
