I went in for my first oil change after purchasing vehicle. During the oil change they claimed to do a multi -poi t inspection that reported no concerns However when when I left and tried to spray vehicle. I checked the reservoir to find it empty. I also saw that the radiator fluid tank was nearly empty...I ches below the minimum level mark. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and concerned about the quality of the oil change, or if they even conducted the oil change. I will not go to the service department again.
