Anthony was great to work with. I test drove two vehicles and chose one to purchase. They were efficient with time and paperwork. Awesome group of people to work with! We drove from Omaha Ne they had the truck ready for us. The dealership never responded to my inquiry for information about the vehicle. I decided I don't want to do business with this company anyway. Several years ago my son bought a jeep from this dea information about the vehicle. I decided I don't want to do business with this company anyway. Several years ago my son bought a jeep from this dealership. My son paid $20,000 cash. When he went to drive the jeep home we discovered the jeep didn't have a drop of gas in it. We were freaking out because the jeep wouldn't start and the dealership refused to help my son. We had to go get gas in a gas can and bring it back to start it. This dealership should know that letting a vehicle sit with no gas in it is very hard on the vehicle. When I emailed them they refused to take any responsibility or compensate in any way. I have never seen such poor service from any dealership! More

Cannot say enough good things about the dealership and Jason, our salesperson. Everyone is very professional and super friendly. We were there an hour past closing and we didn’t feel rushed. They answe Jason, our salesperson. Everyone is very professional and super friendly. We were there an hour past closing and we didn’t feel rushed. They answered all of our questions. I had a horrible experience with a previous dealership so I came at everyone pretty hard. I feel 100% confident that I made the right decision on not only the vehicle I bought, but purchasing it through Woody’s. Best experience I have had with a dealership and a salesperson. I highly recommend not only Woody’s for your vehicle needs but Jason as well to help you find your perfect vehicle. You will not regret it! Ps: there was a couple of things not working properly and they fixed it on their dime, provided me with a loaner, at no cost to me. While fixing these two problems they came across another minor one. They called me and told me about it, they had already ordered the part and will schedule me for service as soon as it arrives. Peace of mind right there. They went above and beyond with their service! More

I recently visited this store on 11/24/20 When entering the store everyone was friendly but soon the passing around of the customer started. I drove in a very nice one owner 2002 coupe with 85000 miles. I the store everyone was friendly but soon the passing around of the customer started. I drove in a very nice one owner 2002 coupe with 85000 miles. I ask what they would allow for trade in value and that I want to trade it in on a truck. They answered a question with a question which was - what truck-, I then replied I am not sure something like new and that would depend on the value of my trade. I was then ask how much I wanted to spend which I would not answer either. The sales person then decided to get on there web sight and start shopping for me. I only allowed this to happen with one vehicle which was far from like new, the vehicle they pulled up had 57000 miles on it and had been wrecked according to there own car fax and auto check features. I have been looking at trucks on there sight and have researched them and happened to remember that particular truck getting scratched off the list due to those facts. I then ask once again if I could get a value of my trade in and they had to consulted with another employee once returning I was informed quote "the offer is 0.00 at this point and I have to pick a vehicle". At this point I was again stated i was not willing to do that and had to ask to get my keys back and appropriately and politely left the establishment. Not one person said thank you, have a good day, thanks for stopping in or even try to conduct a sale. I drove 87 miles each way to accomplish nothing but ill first hand knowledge of bad business. Just so you have a knowledge of my character I am a Retired Platoon Sergeant U.S. Army and have never been treated like that at a dealership in my life. I did have a vehicle picked out but that is entirely not the point. I was not financing and was prepared to trade in and pay the balance in full due on a 30000.00 truck with 6000 miles on it. You be the judge. I would not give them a rating but the sight makes you. More
