Frustrating! Then I was asked if I wanted "rotation". DAA! I pay for it whether I want or agree to this schedule or not. ????????? More

car repairs For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the For the most part your service is good.However,on 2 occasions I have had to return my car.In January the transmission fluid was changed.I was told the car needed it.I got half way home and had to be towed back to the dealership.Last week I got my oil changed,went outside to leave and there was a big chip in the door handle.It was fixed at no charge to me.But that was 4 trips to the dealership.Every time I come there for service, I have to return.Doug Kircher was very helpful.Every one there that I talked to was very sorry about the trouble. But this is getting old.If I have this again I will take my car some where else. More

Oil change, tire rotation The best thing a car owner can do it drop the car off. If you have to wait, as I did, the waiting area is clean and comfortable. They provide coffee The best thing a car owner can do it drop the car off. If you have to wait, as I did, the waiting area is clean and comfortable. They provide coffee and bottled water (and donuts) which is nice too. The staff is very apologetic if the service takes longer than expected, but explain everything done to the car and when it might need something in the future. I also get a free car wash every time I go there. I feel like they care about their customers and I would recommend any friends or family to go to Butler. More
