In 20 years of buying cars, I havebeen purchasing my cars from Courtesy Acura, and specifically Rick Armajio. My experience with Rick and Courtesy have always been pleasant and fair. I have nothing but great things to say about both the staff and the dealership as a whole. Brianna went to great extents to make certain all my questions were answered. She was also very prompt concernin staff and the dealership as a whole. Brianna went to great extents to make certain all my questions were answered. She was also very prompt concerning returning calls or finding information for me. And, last but not least, she sat with me for almost an hour explaining the general operation of the controls inside the cockpit. Sean was great in that he found the vehicle I was looking for at another dealership which was out of state. Instead of waiting until June or July to take delivery, it was mearly two weeks. The parts department order some things I requested, and the parts arrived before I was scheduled to take delivery of my vehicle. The two ladies at the reception desk, and the other salespersons were very willing to answer any questions they could when Brianna and Sean were not available. I am extremely impressed with this dealership and staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Acura! More

Worst service experience ever with a dealership! Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of professionalism! The car ended up with a new turbo system due to an oil change that went horr Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of professionalism! The car ended up with a new turbo system due to an oil change that went horribly wrong! Car had to be towed to the dealership and after the tech drove it 172 miles, or so they claimed, to and from his home to work, they deemed the car repaired and I received it a month later! This should have never happened and resulted in a tarnished new car experience and the Acura TLX product as a whole! More

The service team is top-notch, excellent experiences each visit. Vanessa has done a fabulous job ensuring my vehicle is serviced appropriately and easily. She's been very thorough explaining options and recommendations and has provided the best possible service. It is unfortunate I'm still waiting for my replacement windshield, two-years into the original order. I know my service advisor did a top-notch job scheduling my replacement but then there was a management change and service had to process the order differently although the replacement was onsite and my car in the bay for service. Also, major kudos to the admin team, they always pick-up right away and both Kim and Susanne are always friendly. More
