This is my 2nd purchase from Bayside & they did not disappoint. Everything went like clockwork & a well oiled machine. Lily was amazing, 1 manager straight lied to my face about carvana. We were trading in a vehicle that carvana appraised for 23k and this dealership only appraised it at 18k. When we told him we were goi about carvana. We were trading in a vehicle that carvana appraised for 23k and this dealership only appraised it at 18k. When we told him we were going to just sell our vehicle to carvana the Manger told us lie after lie about carvana. That's a 5k difference. This manager would rather me and my family lose out on 5k just to gain our business. That should have been my 1st red flag about this place. We sold the car to carvana the next day with no trouble and check in hand. When we came back to the dealership this same manager acted like he didn't even know us. Very unprofessional on his part. I didn't expect him to act like we were friends or anything but he acted like a child that got his dessert taking away. The 2nd manager did a way better job even though I was a bit rough on him. They still messed around with numbers to benefit their cause. We had every plan on financing with their bank. However, when we got into the finance office Kim's attitude changed once we decided not to go ahead with their finance institution. Also after we declined any extra warranty. The finance paper work was done half assed on her part. Leading us to believe there would be a error later on down the road. I guess we'll see in a few weeks. Kim never called Navy federal to authorize or run the check we had received from them she stayed she was to busy to do it then. I guess the words "to busy" in this dealership means put your feet up on a desk and play on her phone. Not to mention this was on a Saturday with only 1 other customer. This dealership took advantage of Lilly and made her fill out paperwork that should have been done in finance. Hopefully they get new management and finance personnel that real value the type of field they are in and value their customers. The only reason I have them 2 stars was because of Lilly our cars salesman. More
