Zero stars - it takes me a lot to write a bad review and this is warranted. This dealer damaged our car and then would not take responsibility for the damage done nor come to a compromise. Several times the this is warranted. This dealer damaged our car and then would not take responsibility for the damage done nor come to a compromise. Several times they recommended service that was not needed and at above market rates. We are loyal Jeep owners and will NEVER be back at this dealership. More

Brittany Shultz is awesome! Hands down the nicest and best service advisor I’ve ever worked with! There was a recall work that needed to be done on my Dodge Dakota. The recall notification service put me in touch with Charly at this dealership. She was a delight to work with, arranging rides for me Dodge Dakota. The recall notification service put me in touch with Charly at this dealership. She was a delight to work with, arranging rides for me as needed since I had no one to help me drop off or pick up the vehicle. The work was performed in a very timely manner and I was given a print out of other suggested maintenance items and encouraged, in a friendly, helpful way, to review and consider them. I was not, at the time, in a position to act on any of those suggestions but I appreciated the information. Kim, the shuttle driver, picked me up at the perfect time, was an excellent driver and a pleasure to talk to. Good job y’all! More
