I placed a deposit on a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ that was advertised as having 12,608 miles. That same mileage was also documented on the sales agreement I signed. However, approximately an hour after taking delivery, I discovered that the odometer actually read 13,466 miles. Even accounting for my drive home, this represented a discrepancy of approximately 800 miles from what had been advertised and agreed upon. When I contacted the dealership, I was not provided with a satisfactory explanation, nor was any compensation or goodwill adjustment offered. This was particularly disappointing given the price of the vehicle and my expectation that the advertised mileage would be accurate. That said, I want to emphasize that every other aspect of my experience was excellent. The staff was professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. It's unfortunate that an otherwise outstanding buying experience was overshadowed by this unresolved issue. More
