I truly like this dealership. It’s clean, always has time to service cars regardless of how busy it is and without having to schedule simple services like an oil change weeks in It’s clean, always has time to service cars regardless of how busy it is and without having to schedule simple services like an oil change weeks in advance like Schumacher GMC. On this visit there was a mistake and the oil change that was suppose to happen on my daughter’s car didn’t happen. Unaware of this until my daughter mentioned it to me once we arrived back home. I called the service advisor Kristian and I was able to take the vehicle back to the dealership for the oil change and the advisor refused to allow me to pay for the oil change due to the inconvenience of running back and forth to the dealership. That says a lot!!!! The young man stepped up and took full responsibility for the let’s call it a mishap. With employees like that Wayne Akers should be proud and confident with future business. For those who see the negative with eating the cost of the oil change. I will say this, Wayne Akers will make this money back 10 times over on word of mouth……. More

Service was good and service advisor was polite and helpful, but over $100 for an oil change is pretty rough on a guy trying to get by on Social Security! And the 4 tires wound up with 4 different tire helpful, but over $100 for an oil change is pretty rough on a guy trying to get by on Social Security!
