Amazing customer service me and my husband came to Nissan Elk grove dealership yesterday without even a hope that we will get a car, cause our price range for a vehicle was un me and my husband came to Nissan Elk grove dealership yesterday without even a hope that we will get a car, cause our price range for a vehicle was under $15 000, and because i m a big girl i needed something more like an SUV car, Soon as we got out of a car, we got treated like a royalty , guy name Khan came to us greeted and as all the right questions, He took us for a tour around their inventory, but i didn't like anything , so then he is like let me find out if there is still this SUV for a good price and low mileage, so he made a phone call, and then took us to a different parking lot and show us an SUV I FALL IN LOVE WITH FROM A MOMENT i SAW IT. To make long story short, we end up with getting a car i wanted at the great price, and even my husbands bad credit didn't ruin our day. Outstanding One of a Kind Dealership Experience My son and wife bought 4 new cars from Khanh and encouraged me to consider a new Nissan Altima for my replacement car. I went online and looked at the specifics for the Altima and was extremely impressed. Angelo seen my internet inquiry and immediately got in touch with me to see if I had any further questions and to test drive the Altima at my convenience. When I arrived at the dealership with my son and daughter-in-law we were immediately attended to by Khanh. Angelo already had all my information entered in their system which allowed the specifics to be worked out fast. Khanh and Angelo treated us like we were part of family and was able to get us an exceptional deal. Joining our "family" experience was Vu who breezed right through the financing to complete the deal.
