When my husband and I first arrived at Nissan in Elk Grove we immediately started to look at cars. Immediately Khanh Ho walked up to us. He was very friendly. He was so fun joking around with my husband they are both Asian. I drove to my best friend's house He was great with her. He felt like a dear friend almost like family. He was so sharp remembering our names my email address my best friends name. He even remembered my phone number. He was a super guy. We walked in to Nissan not thinking we were going to buy a car that day and we walked out buying a new car. The price was right. He never felt like a sales man trying to make a sale.
