I recently had a peaceful and low key experience with Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney. Khaled helped me with my car purchase and honestly, it was because of him that I bought the car at all! I came to the Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney. Khaled helped me with my car purchase and honestly, it was because of him that I bought the car at all! I came to the dealership only to check out a Camry Hybrid XLE that they had on the lot. I had been doing a lot of research about this car but since I had never driven one, I came to see it and drive it. I was of the mindset that I wasn't going to purchase this car until I had looked at other trims. The dealership itself as a whole was very nice. We were helped right away in finding Khaled. It was clean, large and comfortable. It felt very inviting. I came to Khaled with walls up, as I expected to be questioned by him and bombarded with sale tactics, but I wasn't! He was so low key and didn't say much at all. He had the car ready for me to view very quickly. He simply showed me the car and then took me and mom for a test drive. The car was really nice and Khaled was willing to work with me on the pricing. The whole experience was so simple that I honestly wanted to take advantage of the ease rather than deal with another dealership. I gave him a price I was willing to pay and he went to bat for me. He got the price of the vehicle within $700.00 of my asking price. Everything else from here on was really easy! Braden, my financial officer was great! He was very funny, easy to talk to, patient and professional! The whole process of purchasing this car was over in just a few hours. Beyond that, Khaled helped me with setting up my Bluetooth and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Even though it has only been a few days since my purchase, already the dealership and Khaled have reached out to make sure I am happy and to give me ways to contact them in case of concerns. I even forgot some items in my trade in and I heard back about those very quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership and Khaled! It has been such a pleasant and peaceful experience. For that, I am very grateful. It can be scary making such a big purchase but the professionalism and no nonsense of the team that worked with me made me feel at ease. That won my business!
