Mi experiencia con Toyota Tampa Bay ha sido una de las peores que he tenido con un concesionario de automóviles. Al día siguiente de haber comprado un carro que no cumplía con las características que habí peores que he tenido con un concesionario de automóviles. Al día siguiente de haber comprado un carro que no cumplía con las características que había solicitado, volví al concesionario con la intención de devolver el vehículo y recuperar el mío anterior, pero se negaron rotundamente a hacerlo. Esta situación ha sido una pesadilla que aún persiste, y la experiencia ha sido tan mala que no puedo recomendar este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia. El financista Kevin Zapata fue el responsable de mi caso, y es lo peor que tiene Toyota Tampa Bay. No sólo me engañó, sino que también fue manipulado por sus jefes para hacer promesas que luego no cumplieron. Me estafaron en ese concesionario. Para calmarme, al día siguiente me ofrecieron un carro último modelo, claramente intentando que me quedara callada y dejar que pasara el tiempo hasta que el banco hiciera el pago. Decidí ir al banco para obtener más información, y ahí fue donde descubrí que la historia que me habían contado en el concesionario no era cierta. Mientras Toyota Tampa Bay insistía en que tuvieron que pagar una deuda con mi carro anterior, el banco me informó que ya había sido cancelada. Es decir, me engañaron deliberadamente. No es la primera vez que algo así ocurre en Toyota Tampa Bay, pero no me había dado cuenta de que funcionaban de esta manera hasta que lo viví. Solo actúan en su propio interés, sin preocuparse por el consumidor. Además, me ofrecieron 90 días antes de tener que pagar la primera cuota del vehículo, pero eso tampoco lo cumplieron. Ahora ya tengo que empezar a pagar. Manipularon los términos del contrato para intentar cobrarme dos veces el “down payment”. Primero intentaron arreglar un pago inicial, y luego querían que pagara otro monto más, lo que claramente fue un intento de estafa. Kevin Zapata nunca cumplió lo prometido, y al final terminé siendo estafado por este concesionario. No lo recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia, y menos aún a ciertos vendedores y este financista, que es un fraude total. Además, me debitaron un monto directamente de mi cuenta bancaria para la inicial, y ahora me están llegando cartas de cobro, indicando que la deuda fue enviada a colección. Les dije claramente que solo podía pagar $500, pero intentaron sacarme $2,700. Solo piensan en sus bolsillos y en cómo ganar el triple a costa de los clientes, engañando fácilmente a las personas. Para colmo, también me pusieron en el contrato garantías que nunca pedí, por lo que aconsejo a todos que estén muy pendientes de lo que firman, ya que te hablan bonito pero en realidad te están metiendo cosas que no mencionan verbalmente. Estoy totalmente decepcionado de haber comprado un carro en Toyota Tampa Bay, ha sido mi peor decisión. Ya después que firmas, intentan hacer lo que le dé la gana con el consumidor, si les puedo dar una sugerencia ir a otro Dealer que sean más humanos y el trato sea coherente con las acciones que te dicen cuando vas a comprar… No lo recomendaría jamás… el peor Dealer de todo Tampa Bay!!! More
