I had an oil change and they said it was finished. I waited while it was done. When I got home, there was a message on my email that I needed 2 types of oil added and belts changed. And the email said I waited while it was done. When I got home, there was a message on my email that I needed 2 types of oil added and belts changed. And the email said it was declined. I was able to schedule my appointment online, and then had an issue when I brought it in. I told the advisor and they went above and beyond the diagnose the issue and fix it.
