My husband John and I were welcomed in by Kevin Wheeler and Bryan was assigned to us. Bryan was marvelous! Bryan and Paul were incredible! I can't stop talking about our experience. Tony was great very professional kept me informed of the process during my time waiting . Over the last week or so I noticed a rattle coming from my door panel when the window was down I brought this to the attention of the service team ....kevin Wheeler Jr. , Mike Quefeld and Dan Wheeler went above and beyond !!! to take apart the whole door panel to to determine the root cause and fix the problem.... In my past experience with other dealerships they would normally have me come back and make another appointment but Not A-1...... Right after finishing the 5000 mile check up they proceeded to fix the window problem. I am extremely happy with the service that I have been receiving. Thank you!! More
