I bought my 2025 Ram 1500 from them in Nov 2025. Since then I have had to deal with their service department numerous times. I want to be fully transparent: I like my truck, and I understand that there are times when things happen (like recalls) and that's just life. But the service department at Sahara Ram is so bad that I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle or take their vehicle there for service. Let me also say that they may do fine work, however what they are terrible at is customer service and communication. I had a recall for a tow control module that was faulty. I specifically purchased this truck to tow my boat. I notified the dealership as soon as the recall was announce (and the announcement said that parts were available). I scheduled the recall repair and an oil change, and they had me come in and didn't bother to tell me they could not do the recall repair until after the oil change ($100) was done. They said they had to order the part and would contact me when it was in. I check back in 6 weeks later to see when the part would be there and the person I spoke to said I should be on a list, because they only get 2 of those parts a week to complete the recall repairs. I asked them to check where I was on the list and guess what - I wasn't even on it. So he added me to the list. I waited another month before I check back again and I was then #18 on the list, and oh by the way the dealership was now only getting 1 part a week for that warranty repair. At that rate I would be waiting until August 2026 for the part. Did I mention that when they receive the parts they prioritize putting them in affected unsold trucks first? Screw the people who have already bought the truck and rely on it for towing a trailer, we just want to sell more trucks. Overall, horrible experience with this dealership. I went to Towbin Dodge/Ram in Henderson and they had me taken care of in just over 1 week, were very communicative, and awesome customer service. Never use Sahara Ram for service...never. More

I am very grateful and thankful to these professionals for working tirelessly for making it Possible for me to get approved for a Reliable c service! I am very grateful and thankful to these professionals for working tirelessly for making it Possible for me to get approved for a Reliable car! I was turned down by one of the car dealership right across of their parking lot due to “No down payment, No co-signer, Low monthly income and was not able to accept my old car as a trade in” yet, Chrysler Sahara Staff made it Happen! Called and spoke with Temore the same day I was turned down by the 1st dealership. Came in next day they were open which was Black Friday and DROVE away with my New (used) car! The Best part was that they did Not belittle me or made me feel hopeless! These were Temore’s words of encouragement when he heard the sound of discouragement in my voice, “Have a Good Positive Attitude”! I have 2 of the Best financial staff working with our banks on your behalf! Enjoy your thanksgiving and we will see you on Black Friday! Wow just mind blowing! Thank you Again! I’ve shared my good news with friends and Now you are on their list for Future Purchase! More

It does not surprise me that they have a 3 star rating, it should be lower. I went hete in hood faith to purchase a van they had advertised. Service turned into new car purchase In town on vacation & developed heating problem. 1st diagnosis & repair done didn't work. Left dealership & returned within 20 minutes with same problem - then diagnosed with repair exceeding vehicle's value. Since I needed to get back to Phoenix by driving, ended up purchasing a new vehicle. Previous car was Chrysler, ended up with a Jeep. In thinking back, only shown Jeeps, no Chrysler vehicles. Due to my jet lag I probably didn't deal as well as I could have, should have insisted on some things or asked more questions about. Everyone at dealership was extremely nice and helped as much as they could due to my situation. Financing is still fuzzy as no line by line review so I could ask questions. Diffucult as purchasing vehicle out of state. I have had difficulty in reaching finance person with questions, however, all sales personnel were excellent to deal with. More
