Since I had a good experience when I bought my last car from Malouf in 2003 I decided to try Malouf first. I was met by Richard Esposito who made me feel very comfortable with the process. He didn't give me that hard sales pitch that I was dreading. He explained the features of the Equinox and walked me through the numbers. Even though I felt the numbers were right for me It was Richard's interaction with me that sealed the deal. Kevin Szelag did a good job of interacting with me and explained every piece of paper I signed and also recommended a warranty plan that made sense for me to buy. More

Today I came in for a n appointment that Kevin set up, and he pursueded my wife and I to move up the lease and take delivery of our new car. Joe, the new mgr, was very instrumental in making the deal come together. As usual Kevin, the leasing manager did a very complete job, and pointed out the advantages of the tire/wheel plan (which I purchased). I felt more like I was shopping with a friend who had my interest as his priority and not a hawk concerned with making a deal to check off on the sales board. There was no back and forth with the sales manager to work a special deal just for me on just that day. The price was of the car made clear upfront so there wasn't a need haggle and hope I got a good number, which is what actually made me go there based on a recommendation from a friend. The managers Tony and Joe came over and introduced themselves since we were there on a quiet weeknight, they were extremely friendly and personable. We chatted for a while about classic cars and I really did enjoy talking to them. Our last stop was finance to put our deal on paper. Kevin is a great guy and made the process a breeze. I've honestly never had a better experience making any kind of large purchase as I did there. I would and have already recommended Malouf and namely Rich to anybody looking for a car and a piece of mind. More

Rich was professional, knowledgeable and most of all patient. It was so refreshing to go to a dealership and to be treated with respect and to have your comments and concerns valued by your salesperson. I was set on buying a used SUV with very specific attributes. Rich went out of his way to find me these vehicles to test drive and took so much time with me in helping me make the right decision for me. I would up purchasing a new 2019 Chevy Equinox--he searched the area to find the exact one that suited all of my needs. Rich was absolutely amazing, his can do attitude and going above and beyond for me (the customer) was the reason I made the purchase. Kudos to Rich! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience of buying a vehicle. Only negative (that has nothing to do with the dealership) is the extremely high interest rate offered by GM financing 7% isn't even close to competitive. That said, Kevin was great offering other long term solutions to this unreasonable rate. Overall this experience as great! More

Do your homework before you go and know your prices. I read all the reviews, they were so good that I had to try. I was sold a car that I didn't need, nothing else was offered, it was the worst experience that I ever had..These {ALL} salespeople are so good that you don't know what hit you. I went in for a quote and landed up with a 30K bill after interest when I realized what I did, they didn't help at all. Never once did they offer any options just took my car and moved on. Was ignored when I wanted my car back, was told it was gone when it wasent., They cared only about the sale so if you go there bring someone who is sharper than you to understand the way they explain things. Again, these guys are professionals, that's how good they are so BEWARE!!!!!!! More

Made it Happen! I came to Malouf Cadillac yesterday to trade in my 2011 Yukon Denali for a Cadillac Escalade. I got there at 9a.m. straight from my nightshift. I was greeted with nothing but kindness and enthusiasm. My information was taken quickly, I test drove the vehicle of interest and my application was all filled out. And the wait began!!! Today I choose not to focus on the negative aspects of car buying, because with anything, that comes with the territory. Needless to say, I got the 2015 Cadillac Escalade that I wanted.
