This dealership is absolutely the worst. The sales person, who of course is not listed in the staff directory, took my appointment from the person it was originally scheduled with, didn't h The sales person, who of course is not listed in the staff directory, took my appointment from the person it was originally scheduled with, didn't have a clue what I was talking about when I presented my TrueCar documents indicating my employee pricing for my employer or my interest rate from my prequalification. I litterally went in with everything I needed and only needed to test drive the car to decide if I wanted it or not. The Left Exterior Door Handle Cover Cap was missing, he made sure to open the door for me so I wouldn't see it. There was a crack in the upper right corner of the windshield. Not sure if that happened while they were removing the price sticker or if it was covered up by the sticker, at any rate, I was given a bill due for the dealership to replace the windshield, but that didn't matter ~ I could never get scheduled for the replacement. I reached out to everyone at this place, including Mr. Sharp all with no response. Overall, a horrible experience, I will be fiing complaints with the BBB, the Colorado Auto Industry Division and TruCar. Buyer beware! More

Worst dealership experience ever! Bought a 50k truck from them and have had nothing but problems getting my trade in payed off, check engine light on, poor customer service. They lied to me about the bank, about the numbers, and about the scam warranty that was "included". Be warned, this place is a fraud. They will lie to you about everything and steal your money after dragging their feet to pay your loan off. They owe me money on the loan payoff amount difference. They paid a different amount than what was on the sales contract. Turned off the check engine light without doing any repairs, and said they fixed it. Not true. They even lied about the bank and interest rate. This is not okay. Don't even call them. Avoid at all cost. Even if they have your perfect vehicle. They are participating in fraud. More

I really just want info on who to ACTUALLY speak to in regards to a car sold that didn't pass emissions the 2nd I drove off the lot. I've been calling and getting hung up on. Car is at Sharpest Rides Service center it is June 13th... The car has been at the service center since April 27th. Every date given to me about being able to pick up the car has turned into 'we found another issue so instead it will be this date'. I'm not rich I have a family to support and I'm making payments on a car I can't drive. Can someone from sharpest rides please help. I got an email to send issue to however this email is not in use. Is there another way??? Please help! More
