Your repair service is terrible concerning scheduling. It makes me reconsider if I want to buy hyndai again. They need to hire more techs and have 2 shifts. 3 weeks out is not satisfactory if u rely on It makes me reconsider if I want to buy hyndai again. They need to hire more techs and have 2 shifts. 3 weeks out is not satisfactory if u rely on your vehicle to make a living for an emergency repair!! 2nd complaint I was charged $227 to replace a fuse totally overboard on the charge!! After I told them it might have been from door wires I might have shorted out replacing the handle. This follows an episode with sales where I received a mail notice of a sale opportunity. I told the salesman that I had door damage on both sides which I thought no sense going in but they insisted I come in! In 2 seconds he said no chance car not worth anything. I was very unhappy he wasted my time!!! More
