Mr. Schwan was was very kind, a few hiccups and some miss communications occurred. Overall I’m pleased. Not asking me if they could use a picture of me, including attached to this review ( I opted to not att communications occurred. Overall I’m pleased. Using my Ford points to (save me) $250.00 on a 93k bill is absurd, and was not communicated to me until I called to inquire as to why they had been converted to a maintenance plan. I reside out if state, though everyone I spoke with stated they sell to out of state all the time, that was the excuse given for the lack of communication about the points ( it’s the principle not the value).
