This dealership is horrible. The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even when there are no customers to serve. Plenty of personal with Toyota shirts on but if it’s not “their department “ they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care. There is no parts counter available. Employees just call someone, somewhere, and nothings happens. Customer Relationship Manager was useless too! I own 4 Toyota’s but they treat you like garbage anyway. All employees I came in contact had a serious “I really don’t care attitude “. More

They should have a Supervisor or a Master Tech to check the work that’s done by these Technicians before the car is released to the customer. I Received my vehicle and noticed the Safty Cover underneath t the work that’s done by these Technicians before the car is released to the customer. I Received my vehicle and noticed the Safty Cover underneath the vehicle in the front under the bumper was hanging down. There were screws missing… and the screws tht were there were half way screwed in. This is Unacceptable. More
