Staff was friendly, but very slow and inconsiderate! !totally tried to oversell services. I came in with a specific issue and knew exactly what the problem was. The mechanic walked through explained in detail the issue and told me the resolution after 8 hrs waiting they gave me a total diagnostic test with every issue my vehicle ma have and told me If I waited an additional 2 hrs they would replace a “sensor”. I was overwhelmed and totally disgusted with the miscommunication and the time consumed at your dealership. More
