Very happy with their service. Been going here since 2005 with my Highlander, and it is still running great. This time they replaced my stolen catalytic converter. Kevin Rudi was so helpful and made sure to address all of my concerns when I brought my son's car in for service. I received a call to go over everything and was able to pay for the charges online...this mad my concerns when I brought my son's car in for service. I received a call to go over everything and was able to pay for the charges online...this made picking up the vehicle really quick and easy! The cashiers were also very kind and helpful. I am very grateful for the support that Nick and Kevin provided on this visit and Rodgers assistance in April when we were returning from Tucson. The Toyota dealer there did an oil change and proceeded t provided on this visit and Rodgers assistance in April when we were returning from Tucson. The Toyota dealer there did an oil change and proceeded to tell me that we needed $7,100 in repairs. I called your service department and Rodger helped me sort things out suggesting that we should get our truck back to MN. Having done that, your guys only found that our rear breaks needed adjustment and we were out the door for $269. I cannot think of a better way or example of why I trust the guys in your service service department and the quality of the dealership you operate. I have been a Luther customer since 2000 and have repeatedly been rewarded with great quality service and sales support. Way to go guys. More

I went in due to the maintenance required light for an oil change, but the service greeter inquired if I’d like to get the vehicle inspected due to the mileage.
