I booked an appointment for 8:30a (online) for a standard oil change on my 2021 Crosstrek. Got to the dealership at 8:17a. Only 1 other car behind me. Was met by Daniel who was friendly and asked if it wa oil change on my 2021 Crosstrek. Got to the dealership at 8:17a. Only 1 other car behind me. Was met by Daniel who was friendly and asked if it was my first time there and I replied yes. He then says that he is new and to bear with him which is fine. After he gets my info he tells me that the info goes into their system and will text me with updates. He also mentions that they will notify me of any additional services that I may need and that I could decline them. I told him I would wait for my car at their waiting room. He directs me to the waiting room. Upon going in there, the place is very spacious and clean. There was about 10 people sitting there but again plenty of seating for people. Around 45min, I notice that new customers are coming in and actually leaving before me. I look at my phone and there was no notification so I texted Daniel to see how much longer it would take for my oil change to be finished. 2 min later a text arrives to ask me if I wanted to do 2 services that they recommend (the cost would be over $500) so I declined it for now. I assumed that they would finish up and get me on my way but after 1.5 hours of waiting, I send another email as to when the oil change would be done and 10min later Daniel shows up and apologizes for the wait. He kept giving me excuses of how they got bombarded with cars and that he will get my car done right away. He also stated that he did a tire rotation and told me that we won’t charge and won’t put it on the invoice which I thought was very suspicious and absolutely false. Why would anyone do a service without the permission of the owner of the vehicle. Now I don’t trust Daniel and anything he is saying. Positives: Clean, friendly, and spacious location. Negatives: Not being attentive (especially to a first time customer at the location); too many excuses rather than rectifying the situation; and not compensating the customer for almost 2 hours of time wasted while other customers have come and gone; not the best first impression of a business. Overall: Although the establishment was nice, friendly, and close to home; I don’t know if I will be returning to this dealership for future services. More
I was there for a brake job and to replace my tires and get an alignment. It took about 4 hours, which I waited for, but I could not be happier with the results! My car feels brand new! And the staff was a get an alignment. It took about 4 hours, which I waited for, but I could not be happier with the results! My car feels brand new! And the staff was amazing, keeping me updated and letting me know what other work could/should be done. I will definitely go back for any major work! More

I've been a customer at Dan Perkins Subaru for about 8 years now (vehicle maintenance) and have had nothing but great experiences. All of the staff that I've interacted with (Service, Sales, Parts, Financ years now (vehicle maintenance) and have had nothing but great experiences. All of the staff that I've interacted with (Service, Sales, Parts, Finance) are wonderful. My recent visit at this dealership was for a new vehicle purchase, and I worked with Spiros Borgis from Sales. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Spiros was such a joy and a genuine person to interact with. He was friendly, patient, a good listener, and went above and beyond the call of duty. I referred him to my girlfriend (who was also ready to trade her vehicle for a new one) and she had a great experience as well! More
They provided attentive service and they let me know about needing an alignment. Melissa was very professional and friendly. Too bad the coffee machine was broken though. Keep up the good work.
