Started off as a great experience, Kevin Pryor was a fun and very chill Sales rep. Honestly he was probably the only reason I left the lot with the vehicles that day. I brought my wife to get her a. new exp and very chill Sales rep. Honestly he was probably the only reason I left the lot with the vehicles that day. I brought my wife to get her a. new explorer and upgrade my F150. Kevin brought us a bunch of different cars, gave us the space and privacy to talk about it wasn't overly pressuring at all. When we finally decided we want to move forward, I told him specifically not to run my credit more than 2 times due to a deal I was trying to work out on something else. I left to run an errand and came back to a total of 7 new inquiries on my report. I was irate, that was the one thing I asked them not to do and they decided to do it anyways. Kevin states that the floor manager is the one who did it. After word an F&I manager Mike Chanlasen came out and gave me a whole bunch of excuse as to why they felt the need to do it. Stated that if it was him he would not of done it that way. Once again they put the blame on the floor manager; who throughout this entire process did not once come out and speak to me about it. A simple apology would have went a long way. After I calm down and negotiate out the interest rate, 7.9%, which at the time said was the absolute best they could do, for my wife's Explorer. I decide to leave with the both vehicles anyways, Because I did not want to screw Kevin out of the hard work he did. Fast forward 6 days later Mike Chanlasen calls me and tells me that they sent in the wrong invoice to the lender and with the correct invoice the rate needs to go up to 9.1%. I refused and said we had a sign agreement and if they would have said that on the front end I would have never left with that car. He states he will look to see if there is somewhere else where he could get the 7.9%. Without mentioning it to me, he attempts to run my credit 2 more times and lies about saying he told me he would. Thankfully I froze my credit profile and saw the alerts. He then says that he found a better rate at 7.75 with a different lender somehow magically after this whole situation, I respectfully declined and stated I would like to keep my 7.9% we signed for and would not help because he decided to try and hit my credit report again after my immense anger towards them doing it to me the first time. I'm still not sure what is going on. or if I even own the car that my wife is now driving around in. Clay if you're out there feel free to give me a call, would love to chat. It is like pulling teeth to get anything done . I have bought 5 Ford Explorers from Don Davis Ford with not even 1 hitch . I never even met the GM at CC Ford , nor did he bother ! I was there on I have bought 5 Ford Explorers from Don Davis Ford with not even 1 hitch . I never even met the GM at CC Ford , nor did he bother ! I was there on Tuesday for 5 hours and all I got done was an oil change. ! They were suppose to fix the computer and said they did. I drove off and it was NOT fixed ! In the deal they were suppose to make a payment in my name. It has been 2 weeks NO PAYMENT ! Even the former GM from D D Ford called them and told them to treat me right ! HA anyway I have been frustrated ! I probably recommended at least 25 customers that bought cars from DD Ford. No more.. I’m going back to get this car fixed 1 more time next week ! More

Once explained, I got it fixed and was on my way out the door within an hour! More

They wasted our time, did a bait & switch with a vehicle they advertised online, and then told us they would not accept a check from our lender (Navy Federal Credit Union) because they wanted us to use thei they advertised online, and then told us they would not accept a check from our lender (Navy Federal Credit Union) because they wanted us to use their preferred lender, Ally. I reported them to the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner regarding our experience, and they completely lied when the OCCC followed up with them. Considering there are many other dealerships in the metroplex, I’d stay far away from this one. More

Very slow, do not get car back by promised, time or date. Unfortunately this last time I had a charger cable, a hat, and gloves stolen from my car while it was being detailed, which ended up taking multiple Unfortunately this last time I had a charger cable, a hat, and gloves stolen from my car while it was being detailed, which ended up taking multiple days to complete. Service advisors are very nice and apologetic, however. Their service schedule does not match up with the Ford scheduled maintenance, which is more that just a little disturbing. The manufacturer has a 10k, 20k, and 30k maintenance schedule, but they have a 15k and 30k, so when getting my 20k, since it had already had the 10k one, got a 15k maintenance. This makes no sense at a Ford dealership. More

I'm glad I bought the Car Care package to get the pickup and drop off service so I don't need to leave the office to t the dealership went perfectly.
