Audi, Porsche, even Nissan and Kia all of them provide a complimentary car wash, but Mercedes Benz of Naples. Such a shame for luxury cars dealership. More

I recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from MB of Naples. I found the vehicle advertised online and called to inquire. I live out-of-state (about 1,000 miles away), so I had some reservations, but Jerry Scotto was great to work with and made sure that he addressed each of my concerns. Both Jerry and his manager, Kevin Mesa, told me that MB of Naples only likes to sell pre-owned vehicles that are in the best condition. I thought this was just typical salesman talk - but boy, did they back it up! Jerry included (1) new floor mats because the ones that were in the car were soiled; and (2) replaced the vanity mirror bezels that had cracked; and (3) had minor scuffs in the paint and rim buffed out - so that the car would be perfect when it was delivered to me. Jerry was even able to provide me with the names of some shipping companies that he had worked with in the past to get quotes and ship the car up to me. Jerry is a true "car guy" and great to work with. His manager, Kevin was also great to work with and a real gentleman. I highly recommend not only Jerry & Kevin, but also the dealership itself, for taking the extra steps to provide an excellent product and a pleasant and smooth purchasing process. Although I am 1,000 miles away, I would not hesitate to purchase another pre-owned Mercedes Benz from Jerry and Kevin at MB of Naples. More

This was our first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Naples and we were very pleased! Our salesman Joe Caruso was amazing, we called with an hour to close and Joe had the vehicle pulled up front and wai Naples and we were very pleased! Joe shared his expertise with us and stayed with us after hours to make sure we felt comfortable and valued in completing our purchase.
