Excellent experience all around From the Sale, to Additional equipment through finance, my experience at Planet Ford was excellent. I got the truck I wanted at a payment I could afford. Adrian was awesome. Easy to talk to, no pressure, listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with what I chose. Kevin McKinnon was great getting my optional equipment selected and when I took the truck in a few days later to get things done, he made sure he met me at the door and let me know when it was done. Billy Harvey was really easy to talk to and made the buying process pretty painless. All around Great Job! I love my truck! More

Great Experience I purchased a new 2019 Ford Explorer from Ian Stegman (new car sales) awesome guy. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the perfect ve I purchased a new 2019 Ford Explorer from Ian Stegman (new car sales) awesome guy. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the perfect vehicle. He was great, very friendly and even gave us vouchers to have lunch there and by the way was pretty good. I ordered some running boards and weather tech mats from Kevin McKinnon (after market director). Shawn in (vehicle delivery and technology) was great and set-up everything for me. I noticed some scratches on the vehicle and Shawn setup the appointment for me. I also met with Lyndi Sage-Walker (Shawn's boss) and she had arranged for a loaner car that was ready for me when I dropped mine off. Picked up my car and it had been detailed and topped off with fuel. Wonderful buying experience. More
