I thought Henry Cisneros did a great job, and the dealership was ok with very friendly staff and helpful when asked any questions. Way before we signed the paperwork. the Tech guy with the man bun. I forgot his name. He help me set up the app and everything else connecting to the SUV. Jarrod Williams took the SUV to the back to get a full of gas and made sure she was clean and shinny to drive home in. Gave us a big hug to congratulate us on our purchase I have been a Nissan person for a very long time so this is my first FORD.
