Due to high demand and low availability some dealers have been driving new Mavericks for a short time and th buying a new truck. Bought a Maverick. Misleading, horrible communication between sales and finance dept. we were told the used vehicle we purchased couldn’t be taken home because of some repairs that were needed and we needed to wait 4 days finance dept. we were told the used vehicle we purchased couldn’t be taken home because of some repairs that were needed and we needed to wait 4 days, paid for vehicle and after the 4 days, we were told it would be another 3 days before we could take it. No offer of a loaner, when we asked of course there wasn’t any available. And every issue we had they had an excuse instead of a solution. Worst experience at a dealer ever, have had better experiences at a small used car lot than at Garvios Ford. More

Received email 01/30/2023 stating the 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid has arrived. went to dealership on 01/31/2023 to see Maverick and to go over financials. Picked up my 2021 Bronco Wildtrak Sasquatch a week ago and couldn't be happier. This was a dealer mannequin and came very well equipped. Many dealers across the country are significantly marking this up t and couldn't be happier. This was a dealer mannequin and came very well equipped. This is my 2nd vehicle from them, I had a 2018 F150 Limited and they treated me right with that as well.
