The buying experience was fine. It was after I received the title today and called the dealership that I encountered a problem. Simple question regarding what seemed to be the wrong It was after I received the title today and called the dealership that I encountered a problem. Simple question regarding what seemed to be the wrong power of attorney paperwork. I was transferred to financing. Completely rude person that sent me to someone else that didn't answer the phone, I left a voicemail and I still have no response. Typical dealership, once you're off the lot, you don't matter. The financial person I met that particular day seemed to be off his meds or something. Shaky, angry, no patience. Seemed like he was ready to hurt someone. I will not recommend Sapaugh to anyone. In fact, I'll discourage them from going to that dealership. More

Carla Talbert great sales person but when it comes to finance department they tend to push you into situations you really don't want and the finance person Mike i returned after rereading the extended wa finance department they tend to push you into situations you really don't want and the finance person Mike i returned after rereading the extended warranty contract and wasn't satisfied went back to cancel and he really didn't want to we are now in week 4 of waiting for $3450 being returned to lender it only took 4 days for Sapaugh to get payment for the purchase and is taking extra long to return be very careful of Sapaugh gm some shady stuff goes on More

The February 11th 2025 deal should have been seamless. Long distance cash sale, not financed purchase, Truck was in Mo. I was in Va. The truck was missing the owners manual, a 2nd key fob and the all wea Long distance cash sale, not financed purchase, Truck was in Mo. I was in Va. The truck was missing the owners manual, a 2nd key fob and the all weather floor mats. Yes, they were addressed and the GM told me to purchase floor mats and a key fob from Ford, and they would reimburse. He arranged for the replacement owners manual. In my mind these are some pretty simple issues that with some attention to detail should have been caught by the salesman. Lastly, they mailed an incorrect title and 13 days later I still do not have a title for my truck. More
