Hi Everyone! My name is Kevin and I have lived in the Cumming area for the last 26 years. I am married and my wife and I are guardians for an adult who is on the spectrum. We are also the proud parents of two Amazing German Shepherd’s ( I am totally crazy in love with my dogs). I am a transplanted Midwesterner and grew up in Kansas. (I’m ok with the Wizard of Oz jokes!). I have been with Toyota for fifteen years and my coworkers call me the Toyota Yoda. I am a self-professed Tech geek and I love to educate my customers about the amazing vehicles Toyota makes. Manuela was so easy to work with and she made sure things were taken care of. She was so friendly and even when I got impatient still remained friendly and professional. Even thought the oil changes are a free service if you purchased a vehicle there, and even though you have an appointment for this service, it still consistently takes over 3+ hrs to get it done. The last purchased a vehicle there, and even though you have an appointment for this service, it still consistently takes over 3+ hrs to get it done. The last time I was there I spent over FOUR hours just waiting on an oil change that I had an appt for. It already takes me over an hour to get there and I don’t want to wait that long for an oil change! More
